ShelfAhead uses a verified sign-in identity to show your store workspace and control access. Email and password accounts use Supabase Auth for signup, confirmation, password checks and recovery. Existing ChatGPT sign-in remains available for existing accounts. ShelfAhead keeps a secure session after sign-in. We store account email, optional display name, store and team details, product batches, and actions recorded in the app. If you contact us, we keep your email and message so we can reply.

Store owners can see their store’s stock and team. Team members can see the store they are allowed to use. The ShelfAhead administrator can view customer store details, stock, recent activity, and support messages to operate the service. Payment details, when subscriptions are enabled, are handled by Stripe; ShelfAhead stores subscription status and payment service identifiers, not card numbers.

Free public tools process entries in your browser and do not save them to a store. Optional analytics and advertising on public pages depend on provider setup and your privacy choices. Your choices are described in our cookie policy. No ads are placed in the logged-in store workspace.

You can ask about your information or request correction or deletion through the contact form. We will assess the request and any records needed for account and business operations. Supabase manages email account credentials and confirmation messages; existing ChatGPT sign-in information is managed in your ChatGPT account.
